When ever you do something wrong, that you think you shouldn’t be doing or even something that leaves you demoralised or another person these are some of the causes of  BAD karma.

I know what your thinking there is no such thing as Karma HA! well I believe in it because if I do wrong something always seems to happen I am not sure if this is only me.

GOOD karma works in weird ways in fact sometimes it seems like bad karma but has a result. I am never really 100% sure on how to get good karma, is it helping the older people cross the street? not necessarily, Helping others definitely! only when you are sure the help wont cause offence for example going back to helping the elderly cross the street they might HATE that you think they need help. 

The question is not if you believe in karma but if it is a good thing.
